Are there any fulfillment and shipping delays?

Fulfillment time is back to normal. As of Monday, Nov 9th 2020 the estimate fulfillment time is 2-7 business days.

What safety measures do you have in place?

The fulfillment companies we've partnered up with, Printful & Printify, have been working hard to keep everyone safe during this time and continues to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, and local governments and health agencies.

Is it safe to receive packages?

What quality are your apparel?

From the very beginning we knew we wanted to provide quality apparel. All our T-Shirts are printed on high-quality apparel with tear-away labels that are made of 100% soft spun cotton.

Does your apparel shrink in size when washed?

All of our apparel are preshrunk and have less than a 5% shrinkage rate after the first wash. However, if you want them to shrink as little as possible, we recommend washing your apparel in cold water and hanging them to dry.

How should I wash my apparel?

We recommend washing your apparel with cold water in gentle cycle. Try to avoid using dryer sheets or fabric softness. Tumble dry low or hang dry.

How do I know which size to order?

We try our best to include accurate details and features of each item in the product descriptions and on the Sizing Chart.

Shipping & Handling

When will my order ship?

Orders usually takes 2-7 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.

Shipping carriers are experiencing minor delays due to the Covid-19 safety procedures that are in place for everyone's safety. We will keep you posted of any major disruptions.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we offer free standard shipping within the U.S. 

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are printed, hand packed, and shipped out here from one of our fulfillment partners located in the United States.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We're confident that you'll love your new apparel, but we understand that sometimes things don't fit or look exactly the way you want. We've been there too, and we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. 

That's why we offer a 100% "love it or return it" guarantee. You can order any item and try it on for up to 30 days. If it's not exactly what you are looking for, we offer a full refund/exchange.

All we ask is for you to return the items unwashed and undamaged.
